5. General terms and conditions of sale ACE Hôtel
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
Payment must be made in full to the hotel on arrival. Prices do not include tourist taxes.
For all bookings and arrivals (before or after 6pm), the booking must be confirmed by sending a confirmation email or by providing a bank card number and its validity date on the date of the start of the stay - Except Special Mention.
In the case of a confirmed reservation for an arrival after 6 p.m., cancellations must be made before 6 p.m. on the same day at the latest, directly with the hotel.
In the event of a no-show by the customer due to stay at the hotel and failure to cancel within the aforementioned time limit, the service booked will be invoiced in the name of the company or the person (in the case of a personal booking) for whom the booking was made, up to the amount of the first night's stay at the hotel's rate inclusive of tax.
A special "no show" note will appear on the invoice.
Cancellation and modification of a reservation by the hotel
If there are no rooms available at the hotel on the arrival of the booked customer, the hotel reserves the right to provide accommodation elsewhere under the best possible conditions. In this case, the cost of the transfer will be borne by the hotel and customers will not be entitled to claim any compensation of any kind or for any reason whatsoever.
The hotel may release itself from its obligations or suspend the performance thereof if it finds itself unable to fulfil them due to the occurrence of an event beyond its control or beyond its control, as well as in the event of force majeure, and in particular in the event of total or partial destruction of the hotel, strike, disaster, fire, internal or external technical accident and, in general, in the event of any event preventing the proper performance of the service.
Check-in time: The room is available from 16:00.
Check-out time: The room must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest.
The customer accepts and undertakes to use the room with good manners. Any behaviour contrary to good morals and public order will lead ACE HOTEL to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation or refund if payment has already been made.
The Customer undertakes to comply with all instructions, in particular those concerning safety and the rules and regulations of the establishment.
We remind our customers that our hotels are non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance with the regulations in force, a charge of €150 will be made to restore the room to its original state (cleaning of carpets, curtains and air purification), as will any accidental activation of the smoke detectors, which are all connected to the fire control centre.
The information requested at the time of booking is essential for the proper processing of the request. ACE HOTEL offers wifi internet access. The client-user undertakes to ensure that the computer resources made available to him/her are not used in any way for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or by a related right, such as texts, images, photographs, audiovisual musical works, software and video games, without the authorisation of the holders of the rights provided for in Books I and II of the Intellectual Property Code, where such authorisation is required.
